Serves Tool

Serves To:USMetric
4 Teaspoon(t)  mint, dried
2 Teaspoon(t)  fennel seeds
2 Teaspoon(t)  rosemary, dried
1 Teaspoon(t)  ginger, ground

Mix the mint, fennel seeds, rosemary and ginger together in a jar. Tightly sealed, the mixture will keep for at least 1 year. For 1 portion, use 1 tablespoon of the mixture to 1 cup of boiling water. Allow to sit for 1 minute, then strain and serve with honey to taste.

Additional notes

Note: For a young child who is congested, steep about 1/4 cup of the mixture in 1 quart of hot water. Pour it through a strainer and add the strained liquid to the baby's bath water. Your baby will breathe much easier and sleep better!
