Place flour in a medium sized bowl. In a small bowl, stir together salt, oil and water. Pour liquid over flour and stir with a fork to form dough. Pat and press dough into an oiled 9 inch pie plate. Make sure dough covers sides and bottom evenly. Add pie filling of choice. Place a crumb crust topping over fruit and bake 45 to 50 minutes, or according to directions for pie filling.
