|5||large olives, chopped optional|
|salt and freshly ground pepper|
|1||Tablespoon(T)||finely chopped parsley or cilantro for garnish|
Cut cooked eggs in half.
Carefully remove yolks and place in a small bowl.
Mash yolks with a fork and combine with mayonnaise, mustard, chopped olives, salt and pepper.
Divide filling among eggs.
Sprinkle with parsley.
