10 Ounce(oz)  vanilla wafer cookies
1/4 Teaspoon(t)  cinnamon, ground
1/2 Cup(c)  non dairy butter, melted


Turn the cookies into crumbs by either processing in a food processor or placing in a resealable plastic bag and rolling over the cookies to crush them. Mix the cinnamon into the crumbs. Pour the crumb mixture into the center of an 8-or 9-inch (20-or 23-cm) pie dish. Pour the melted butter over the crumbs and work the butter into the crumbs with your fingers. Press the mixture into the sides and bottom of the dish to form a crust. Refrigerate for 1 hour to stiffen up. Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C, or gas mark 4). Bake the crust for 10 minutes. Fill with your favorite pie filling and enjoy. Yield: One 8-or 9-inch (20-or 23-cm) pie crust
