Recipe Description
Serve these kabobs with Quinoa and some sliced melon for acomplete summertime meal. Feel fe to add varas with different typoes of squash, onion and other seasonal vegetables.

Serves To:USMetric
1 Dash(ds)  salt and pepper to taste
2 Tablespoon(T)  olive oil
1   carrot, peeled
1   green bell pepper
1   small zucchini
4   mushrooms
1   red bell pepper


Chop all vegetables into 1 1/2" pieces.

Toss with olive oil and salt and pepper, if using.

Alternate vegetables on a metal or bamboo skewer.

Grill or broil, until the vegetables are tender, turning once.
