Serves Tool

Serves To:USMetric
8 Ounce(oz)  fat free plain yogurt
1 Cup(c)  fat free mayonnaise
3/4 Package(pk)  low sodium leek soup mix
1   carrot, chopped very fine
1/2 Cup(c)  parsley, chopped
1/2 Cup(c)  green onion, chopped
1 Teaspoon(t)  dill weed, dried
1 Teaspoon(t)  italian salad dressing mix
10 Ounce(oz)  spinach, chopped


In a food processor combine all of the ingredients and mix well.  Place in an airtight container and refrigerate for two hours.  Just before serving, place in a bowl and surround with raw vegetables.
