A easy bread pudding with white chocolate and cranberries.

1 Dash(ds)  salt
1/2 Cup(c)  sugar
1 Cup(c)  heavy cream
1 Cup(c)  milk
3   large eggs
1 Cup(c)  dried cranberries
12 Ounce(oz)  white chocolate pieces
2 Tablespoon(T)  butter, cut into small pieces
16 Ounce(oz)  texas toast (thick sliced bread) cut into 1 inch cubes


Coat a 4 quart slow cooker with cooking spray. In a large bowl, toss together bread cubes, white chocolate pieces and cranberries until combined. In a medium bowl, whick together eggs, milk, cream, sugar and salt. Pour over bead mixture. Stir together. Transfer to prepared slow cooker. Dot with butter and sprinkle with cinnamon. Cover and cook on low heat setting for 3 to 4 hours. Serve warm with chocolate flavored syrup, if desired.

Additional notes

Tip: Bread is easier to cube if slightly stale.
