Recipe Description
Carrots are added to the zucchini for their crunchy texture and bright color.  Serve within a day of preparation because, with time, the zucchini will wilt out water.

Ingredients

1/2 Teaspoon(t)  kosher salt
1/4 Teaspoon(t)  dry mustard
1 Teaspoon(t)  soy sauce
1 Tablespoon(T)  vegetable oil
2 Tablespoon(T)  light brown sugar
1 Tablespoon(T)  lemon juice
3 Tablespoon(T)  white wine
2 Cup(c)  carrots, shredded
2 Cup(c)  zucchini, shredded
3 Cup(c)  green cabbage, shredded

Preparation

Toss together the cabbage, zucchini and carrots.  In another bowl, whisk together the remaining ingredients.  Pour over the vegetables and toss.
